Additionally, he and the tech managed to finish my car a day sooner than was expected which was very helpful because I would have been working the whole next day and it would have been challenging for me to pick up my vehicle during the shop's hours. After going over all of the repairs Jim also stayed with me to ensure I was able to delete all of my phone info from the rental vehicle even though it was the very end of his work day. I am very pleased with the customer service at this location as well as with the condition of my vehicle."
